To guarantee the security of a free state, we will provide for the gathering, analysis, and distribution of intelligence for the whole of the people, the Militia. We will help the people to form a legal and lawful Militia in every State, to execute, if required, the laws of the Union, suppress insurrection, repel invasion, and protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign or domestic.
Candidates will be considered based on merit, accomplishments, and credentials.
